Generate new password

This guide will navigate you through the process of generating a new password.

1. In order to generate a new password, click Log in in the top-right corner of the page.

2. Click Forgot password.

3. Enter the email address and ID number you provided when registering.

4. Click Next.

5. Enter the authentication code received via email or text message or confirm the operation in the mobile app (if you are using mobile authorization).
