Yesterday in the afternoon we have received the notification about registering the Cinkciarz.pl trademark.
As of today, the Polish Patent Office protects the word and figurative trademark € $ Cinkciarz.pl for ten years from the day of application. Thanks to the registration we have gained new and indisputanle means in fighting the unfair competition. This includes not only the use of this name, byut also thouse sounding similar or giving the sudden association with Cinkciarz.pl. We will be able not only to defend the trademark itself (that is our logo), but also all charateristic features of the corporate identity, such as: graphic elements, corporate colours, etc.
